Bishop Alan will be with us on 5th June 10am at Wilden for a joint 5 Churches Celebration Service when local Councillors and others will be invited to join us – it would be great to see you there too.
RAVENSDEN : Queen’s Platium Jubilee Weekend 2-5 June
Friday 3rd June: at Church. Cream tea and exhibition of art in celebration of Jubilee by pupils of Ravensden School 2.00pm – 4.30pm.
Saturday 4th June: Village Walks. Meet at Horse and Jockey 11.30am
Saturday 4th June: BBQ at Horse and Jockey from 1.00pm
Sunday 5th June: Big Jubilee lunch at Village Hall at 12.00 noon
Ravensden Community Cuppa are having a shared lunch to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee. It is on Tuesday 7th June from 12-30 to 2-30pm at Ravensden Village Hall. Everyone is welcome but please bring a small plate to share. Entry £2.
Wilden 800 We would like a new hymn to mark “Wilden 800” and are looking for people of all ages with a connection to Wilden, to have a go! A tune called ‘Wilden’ has been written by Paul Edwards and you can listen to it on our website www.w c rchurches.org The winning hymn will be performed at our ‘Hymns with Memories’ service on 17th July.
Colmworth Church Coffee Stop 10:30am to 12noon on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Come along and meet friends and neighbours. All welcome. The Church is open most days for private prayer.
Colmworth Community Lunches. The next lunch will be Friday 17th June at 12.30pm in Church. Please let Kate (378132) or Wendy (376277) know if you would like to join us and any dietary requirements.
Wilden Church is open every Wednesday 11am – 12 noon for private prayer and coffee, including the second Wednesday Holy Communion.

A celebration of Colin Welbourn’s life took place at St Nicholas Church Wilden on 19th May 2022 with family and friends. Eunice and all the family would like to say a big “thank you” to everyone who attended, and those who sent flowers and cards. Your support was greatly appreciated.
