Colmworth Church Coffee Stop 10:30am to 12noon on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Come along and meet friends and neighbours. All welcome. The Church is open most days for private prayer.

Tea at the Churchevery Wednesday continues at Wilden Church 9am – 11am. A moment for yourself and with others.

Colmworth Community Lunches. This lunch is held on the third Friday of the month at 12:30 in church. Please let Kate (378132) or Wendy (376277) know if you would like to join us and any dietary requirements.

Ravensden Community Cuppa meet at Ravensden Village Hall on Tuesday 2nd May from 2.00-4.00pm. We will celebrate the coronation with a glass of prosecco and a coronation cake. Entry £2 . Everyone is welcome.

Coffee morning and book browse at Bolnhurst Old School will take place on May 13th from 10.30am onwards. All welcome.

On Saturday 27th May Rev Tim and Rev Anthony are doing a “Whit Walk” between all our 5 churches from Ravensden to Keysoe starting at 9am with breakfast at Ravensden All Saints. We’d be thrilled if you could join us for all or part of the walk or just be with us at the churches. Approx. times:

  • Ravensden 9am.

  • Wilden 11am for coffee.

  • 12.30 Colmworth for lunch,

  • 3pm Bolnhurst for tea and

  • 5pm Keysoe for supper.

At each church we’ll pause for a short reading, prayer and maybe a song.

A Men’s Group (TMG) will be starting on 11th May at 7.30-9.30pm meeting at The Chequers Pub, Keysoe. Time out for a pint and sausage roll. Come and join us. Contact Doug:01234376556 or Tim: 07808865716.

All Saints Ravensden Saturday 3rd June 19.30. A social evening of music and merriment, harmony and humour, with some popular and jolly pieces on the organ and harpsichord played by professional musician Gary Sieling. Tickets £15 to include wine and canapes. More information from Chris at

Annual Parochial Church Meetings

  • May 3rd Wilden 7.30pm Wilden Village Hall

  • May 15th Colmworth 7.00pm Colmworth Church

  • May 21st Keysoe 12.00 noon Keysoe Church

All members on the Electoral Rolls are entitled to vote. We welcome new members to the PCCs.

Foodbank Collection

A collection point has been set up for donations to The Bedford Foodbank at St Nicholas Church Wilden. Donations may be left in the porch on a Wednesday morning between 9am and 11am and you can also enjoy a cuppa and cake at the same time.

On a Sunday the porch will be open for donations during service times (please see our website). In addition donations to the Foodbank can be left in the porch at 1 Manor Close Wilden at any time. Many thanks in advance for your kind generosity.

Ravensden Coronation Street Party & Big Lunch

In celebration a street party and big lunch will be held at the Church end of Vicarage Close on 7th May. 14.30 start. 15.30 Cake 15.30 Prosecco Toast (Courtesy of the Parish Council). Please bring food to share and if you can bring chairs and tables that would be helpful but if you can’t bring them don’t let that stop you coming. Wilden – Coronation event.

We are planning a Bring and Share picnic on Monday 8th May from 3pm-6pm at the Village Hall. All very welcome with tea, coffee and squash provided, please come and join in the family fun and games and bring your favourite picnic dish to share – regal theme optional. Contact Pauline 07530-607049 to confirm attendance by Monday 1st May. We are also trying to organise a little gift for all children of the parish. Please confirm names and ages of any children to either Pauline or Susie to ensure we

have included all eligible children.
