Blog: June 2026 - What's in your fridge?

‘Something cold!’ I guess you might respond in this very hot weather!  But a good reminder of managing with what you have - not wishing for what you don’t have.  At our recent Mission Action Day for our 5 churches, we were challenged to think of all God has given us in each other and the gifts and talents amongst us.  How are we best using what we already have as churches to reach out and serve those in our communities?  We believe God gives us all we need – not necessarily all that we want.  So lets see what we can do with all that God has given us – whatever might be ‘in our fridge’.  And pray not just for what we think we need, but for insight to see and encourage others to use God’s gifts for His glory and the building up of His Church.
