Blog: November 2025 - Remembering

November begins with our ‘In Loving Memory’ Remembering Service on All Saints Day Saturday 1^st Nov 5pm at All Saints Ravensden, when loved ones who’ve died are remembered by name.  5^th November is less marked these days, but we are reminded the threat of terror attacks is ever with us.  Remembrance Sunday on 9^th and Remembrance Day on 11^th remind us to work for peace in every situation.  As Christians we regularly celebrate Holy Communion as Jesus said ‘Do this in Remembrance of Me’ to give us hope that He came to give Himself to destroy the old order of sin and death that is sadly so much part of this troubled world.  So this is a true Hope to sustain us as we remember in this month of November.
