Blog: September 2025 - New Year - New Start

As schools and colleges return after hopefully a restorative summer break and whilst the weather is still reasonably warm it seems a good time to make new starts.  As well as the  usual Harvest services, suppers and other events to look forward to, we are trying  a new initiative with Wilden School to keep that relationship open that is so often lost as the year 6s leave for large secondary schools.  Jesus has a special place for children in their vulnerability, enthusiasm, and energy and supporting as they grow into their teens is so important.  We want all to experience God’s love and care, especially those growing up to be the future leaders and shapers of our world and church.
